ChampionSHIPP Camp - July 20–23, 2023
Annual camp held at Shippensburg University
Players must arrive at West by 7am THURSDAY JULY 20
Meals provided by Shippensburg dining hall (water / drinks too)
Can bring small amount of spending money for snacks - optional
Players will receive spirit pack with shorts, t-shirt upon boarding bus
Buses expect to return to West on Sunday July 23 at 2pm
Suggested Packing List:
pillow, twin sheet, blanket (there IS air-conditioning)
towels
toiletries (baby powder / Gold Bond to help prevent chafing)
flip flops for shower
water bottle with player's name on it
socks (multiple pairs), jocks, t-shirts and shorts for 3 practices a day. Bring plenty of socks - dry socks are important!
T-shirts must be white or grey. Bring plenty of white or grey Ts, you will get 1 grey on the bus
black shorts (plain; West or small logo permitted) You will not practice w/o proper uniform, you will receive 1 pair on the bus, no other colors, no stripes, etc.

money not necessary (3 meals/day are included) BUT - pizza, etc is available for purchase as late snack
