2024 Howard Reinard Sportsmanship Award

We are proud to announce that West Football has been awarded the Howard Reinard Memorial Award by the Suburban Philadelphia Football Officials Association!

This award recognizes a high school football team that exemplifies outstanding sportsmanship on the field, as demonstrated by both the coaches and the student-athletes throughout the season!

Congratulations to the Downingtown West Football on their AMAZING 2024 season! It is never easy for a season to come to an end, but the Whippets set the standard and have so much to be proud of, including a District 1 6A Football Championship! Thank you to the players, coaches, trainers, administrators, teachers, sponsors, band members, cheerleaders, families, friends, and fans for making 2024 a season to remember.

We wish our seniors all the best, and we look forward to watching the underclassmen take to the field again next season. Congratulations, Whippets! You did great things!
